The 2026 Canadian University Chess Championship's Technical Meeting will be held from 7 pm ET - 8 pm ET on Wednesday, January 14th.

The Organizing Committee has approved two requests for 3rd teams from the same post-secondary institution for the University of Waterloo and the University of Toronto.

As of December 22, 2025 there are currently over 56 teams registered to compete in CUCC 2026, surpassing the highest totals ever recorded at CUCC!
