President's Meeting & Call for Bids: CUCC 2027

The 2027 Canadian University Chess Championship is open for bids and will be deliberated during the President's Meeting 8:45 am - 9:45 am ET Saturday, January 17th.
The meeting shall be hybrid, hosted in the Hart House Map Room and also online at https://utoronto.zoom.us/j/89280001377.

Food will be provided between 9:30 am - 10:30 am at the Hart House Lower Gallery.
Bids for CUCC 2027
Potential organizers are asked to indicate their intention to bid for CUCC 2027 by either emailing info@cucc2026.ca or creating a message in the CUCC 2027 Discussion within the Canadian University Chess Discord. Please include any slide-decks or supporting material. All bidders will be given 5 minutes to present their bids. All attendees will be able to ask questions about bids after all presentations. Voting will occur afterwards with each university given one vote either in-person or online on Zoom. CUCC 2026 Organizers will provide a HDMI TV for screen-share purposes.
